What we collect
When you book a consultation or apply as a partner, we collect the details you enter: name, country, email, phone, preferred language and your message. Our booking tool (Calendly LLC, USA) processes the booking under its own privacy policy and standard contractual clauses.
Why we process it
To hold the consultation you asked for, to reply to your application, and to send you the written plan you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send marketing emails without your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Hosting and analytics
This site is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) with servers in the EU where possible. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Consultation and application data for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case for the duration of our contract and the statutory retention periods afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, at privacy@procarius.com. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
This site sets only technically necessary cookies (your language choice). Embedded booking calendars may set their own cookies when you use them.
